Buttons exist everywhere. In order to read this post, a button must have been clicked. In order to reach the website multiple buttons may have been clicked. Even the physical action of clicking a button to open your device requires a button. There is a hidden wall between a click of a button on our SYNQAIC application, and the exact science behind what occurs when that button is clicked. But you don't need to know all that. Our goal at SYNQAIC is, to make that button click as simple and easy as possible in order to the task at hand.
Every button has a story. What is the button used for? When will it be clicked? What should occur when that button is clicked? All of these questions are usually mapped out during the mock-up phase. The mock-up phase consists of creating diagrams and small discussions of what this button will do and what the button will lead to.

Here we have an example of what a concept may start as during a mock-up phase. A button such as this may transform or change based on the requirements of the situation. This is no different from the creation of a care plan for the specific needs of a patient. Both are used as a guide to take the best actions moving forward.
During development phase, it is hard to track exactly what may occur. Sometimes code brings limitations in to what will happen when the button is pressed. Maybe the visuals will change depending on what may come before or after it. Back to our patient example, a patients condition may change so the key is to be adaptive and find a solution that works. Back and forth iteration and Q&As until the the button becomes the best it possibly can, but always room for improvement.
Example of a Finished Button

In the end goal is a button that is easy to understand and completes the task that it was intended to complete. Of course the button may change depending if a new feature is needed or if the button becomes obsolete. While our buttons may not be perfect, we hope they help accomplish any task that they are needed it!
If you have any requests for a button that you think you may need don't be afraid to click the Contact Us button and provide a suggestion!
